I was commissioned to re-design EMBASSY’s logo in 2021. EMBASSY is an artist-led organisation based in Edinburgh, who programme exhibitions, performances, residencies, and events in their gallery space, online and off-site.
The gallery had only changed its logo twice in the last seventeen years, so this was such an exciting project to be part of! Key points included in the brief EMBASSY provided me with can be found below:

The gallery were looking for a logo design that carries their ethos of experimentation, openness and support.

The design was to incorporate their tongue in cheek approach, and not take itself too seriously.

They required a version for their website and socials, and a simplified version for letterheads and print.
